What is the difference between Full Service Catering and Standard Catering?

Full Service Catering includes: 1) Red Hub staff setting up the event tables, chairs, linens, place settings, and service tables, 2) providing different levels of service throughout the event, 3) then breaking down service tables, guest tables, chairs and resetting the venue back according to the venue policy. Standard Catering includes only the set up, service, and break down of the food/beverage stations and bussing tables of disposables. 

Do we offer any help organizing rentals?

Yes! Our staff will help organize everything needed to make your special event as perfect as possible. From tables and chairs, to couches and rugs…we will take care of your rental needs! We partner with Beggars Banquet, Gibson Rental, Festive Rentals, and MS Events. 

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes, we are well rehearsed in dietary accommodations. Please let us know what your guests will need, and we would be happy to create the best menu for your event! We have a wide offering of Vegan and Vegetarian dishes.
